Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft and execute social media strategies that engage our audience, enhance brand presence, and drive customer loyalty.

As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will manage content creation, community interaction, paid campaigns, and social media analytics. Your creativity, marketing knowledge, and strategic thinking will be key to building a strong online presence and driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with product launches, campaigns, and overall brand messaging.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI.
  • Analyze social media metrics and use data to improve strategies and report results to senior management.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and promote brand initiatives.
  • Ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and company tone of voice.
  • Stay updated on social media platform changes, algorithms, and emerging tools to continuously improve strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and drive engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying current with trends.
