Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile practices within an Agile Release Train (ART) following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple Scrum Masters , facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring smooth execution of Program Increment (PI) planning cycles .

• Lead and coordinate Scrum Masters within the Agile Release Train (ART) to achieve Lean-Agile objectives.
• Work with Agile teams to prioritize features for each Program Increment (PI) planning cycle .
• Organize and facilitate SAFe events , including ART Syncs, Demos, Workshops, and Backlog Refinement .
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy Product Backlog .
• Assist in stakeholder communication during feature definition and product delivery.
• Manage changes in PI plans and assess their impact on the value chain .
• Foster cross-team collaboration , resolve impediments , and ensure alignment across teams.
• Enhance transparency by facilitating open communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Use feedback and key metrics (e.g., quality, delivery rate) to drive continuous improvement .
• Optimize the Continuous Delivery Pipeline by refining DevOps and Release on Demand techniques .
• Oversee program-level coordination , including timelines, milestones, and release cadences .
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams and management on SAFe best practices .
• Act as a SAFe subject-matter expert and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Promote Agile and SAFe adoption across the organization.

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification .
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification .
• SAFe Agilist Certification .
