What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and driven Public Relations Account Director to lead and manage B2B accounts, with a focus on real estate, law, or professional services industries. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of PR agency experience, particularly in managing complex accounts and navigating crisis and issues management.

Key Areas of Expertise:

Real Estate: Experience working with residential or multifamily accounts such as real estate developers, property managers, brokerages, and investment firms.
Professional Services: Experience managing PR for law firms, with additional experience in accounting or wealth management firms being a plus.
Skills and Experience:

Proven media relations expertise with a track record of securing tier-one media coverage.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage accounts and guide account teams independently.
Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience crafting strategic and integrated earned media plans.
Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
Exceptional writing skills and adherence to AP-Style guidelines.
Highly organized, flexible, creative, resourceful, and accountable.
A self-starter who thrives in a fully remote work environment.
