Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical

Start Date: 3/31/2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Keene, NH, 03431

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12

Shift Notes: 12hr Nights 48hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation

On-Call Requirements: None

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended but not required

Traveler Policy: will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of the facility).

Patient population : Adult-Geriatric

Dress code : Traveler-provided professional scrubs (no logos)

EMR : Epic

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** SHIFT ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (Block Scheduling, etc).

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years Med Surg experience
• THIS POSITION WILL FLOAT AS NEEDED
• CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NOTE EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
• DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
• NIHSS strongly preferred
• EPIC experience
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client.
