What You'll Be Doing:
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Accurately entering data into the designated system using a continuous flow of images
Identifying different document types and ensuring data entry meets quality standards
Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the entered data
Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards
Collaborating with other team members when necessary
Making suggestions for process improvements
Completing tasks for the day in a timely manner
Performing other office duties as needed
Hourly Pay and Available Schedule:
$12 per hour
Both part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred)
A minimum of 20 hours per week required
Available shifts are Monday to Friday, between 8:00am-9:00pm CST
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Ability to multitask and stay focused on tasks
Excellent attention to detail while maintaining efficiency
Quick learning ability and ability to follow instructions
Confidentiality when handling client data
Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
Keystrokes per hour: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
Permanent authorization to work in the United States
