We need someone who can handle preparing food stations, cooking a high volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. We need a team player who is ready to work alongside other crew members and has excellent time-management skills. Our popular restaurant is searching for servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our visitors' dining experience. In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, their orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers. • Wash, cut, dice, chop, and slice food items to stock prep stations
• Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Verify the temperature of cooked food using a thermometer to make sure it's safe to consume
• Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served
• Cook food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred
• Needs to be able to multitask, prioritize, and have excellent time management skills
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage
