CNC Machine Operator 

This Job is located in South West City, MO 64863. (15 mins from Grove, 45 mins from Joplin, 40 mins from Bentonville, 90 mins from Tulsa) * You must have reliable transportation or willing to relocate closer to the shop. * We are growing and looking to add to our team. Are you looking to start your career in Advanced CNC Manufacturing? We are looking to train the right individual. You will be under the supervision of the Lathe Supervisor learning the entire life cycle of how a precision part is made from raw materials to a finished part. We are looking for a career minded candidate to be able to grow with our organization for years to come.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machine. (Set Up machine capabilities preferred)
• Ability to Follow directions and processes from your Lathe Dept Manager
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and measurement tools. Calipers, Micrometers.
• Accurate counting and organizational skills needed.
• 1-2 years minimum experience in manufacturing or production required

Preferred Skills:

• Two-year machine technology degree or at least two years of experience machining various parts in a close tolerance environment such as milling, turning and grinding.
• Setting up CNC Lathe is a plus, ability to use MICS, CALIPERS is a plus.
• Ability read and interpret blue prints, engineering drawings and tolerances.

QUALIFICATIONS: --High School diploma or GED required --Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing required. --Ability to be reliable, learn, train and follow directions.
